Is Leo the Counterpart of Francis?

In a previous post, we discussed St. Malachy’s prophecy concerning the remaining 112 popes, the last of whom is Peter the Roman who will come to guide us through the final tribulations.

For obvious reasons, Francis was not Peter the Roman, nor does it appear that Leo is. Peter the Roman or “Petrus Romanus” will come toward the end of the tribulations to usher in Christ’s Second Coming.

According to St. Malachy, the last pope before the tribulations is Benedict XVI, which matches the prophecies of Garabandal (1961-1965). Upon the death of Pope John XXIII in 1963, Conchita Gonzales, the principal seer of Garabandal was told by the Blessed Virgin Mary that three popes remained before “the end of times.”

“After this pope, there are only three left. Then it will be the end of times.”

After relaying this message, Conchita then clarified that there were actually four popes remaining but that the reign of one would be so short it would scarcely count as a papacy.

We now understand this to be Pope John Paul I whose reign lasted but 33 days. The fulfillment of this prophecy gives much credibility to the whole prophecy, which seemingly was God’s way of encouraging Catholics to believe the prophecy.

So, four popes would remain after John XXIII, i.e. Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II, and

Benedict XVI. What then are we to make of Popes Francis and Leo XIV?

In a video from several years back, Fr. Gregory Hesse who was a canon lawyer with a Doctorate of Divinity revealed that the late exorcist Fr. Malachi Martin told him that the Secret of La Salette (1846) prophesied "two worm-ridden popes" to come. Malachi also told him that a questionable cardinal from the late 1800s then yanked this phrase from the La Salette message. A worm-ridden pope would indicate one that is fearful and negligent. Could the La Salette prophecy be in reference to Francis and Leo? This is plausible seeing that Leo in many ways has continued the legacy of Francis, which is why some have dubbed him “Francis II.”

Rome Must Abandon Francis Agenda

One thing is for certain: if there isn’t a radical shift away from Francis’ wayward path, we will see more deportation of holy religious and priests from the Church, more appointing of LGBT prelates, more priestly blessings of LGBT couples and “transgenders,” more colluding with U.N. abortion advocates, more preaching on “open borders” and "immigration," more labelling tradition-minded Catholics as “schismatics,” more talk about all religions uniting as one (ecumenism), more Vatican oppression of the Chinese underground Church, and especially, more iron-clad rulings that the Church must adopt climate action as a key part of its agenda.

On July 9, Leo said that people who “resist” U.N. climate action stand in need of “conversion.” This calls to mind how Francis said that bishops who support anti-LGBT laws stand in need of “conversion.” Concerns for climate action and the above-mentioned deviations reflect the presence of Satan in the Church today, which means they should not be continued.

Unfortunately, Francis brought to the Church an order of perversion unlike anything seen in the Church’s 2000-year history and now we see Leo carrying it forward. Whether it’s the appointment of LGBT cardinals to key influential positions in the Church, the promulgation of pagan indigenous “earth” liturgies, or the latest frenzy to take up “climate action” as a priority, it’s all rolling forward under Leo XIV. As pope, he has push-button power to cancel all of this, so why doesn’t he?

No Action to Cancel The Vatican-China Agreement

In particular, Leo hasn’t acted to halt the oppressive China Deal that was initiated by the infamous Cdl McCarrick and approved and perpetuated by Pope Francis. And while Leo has verbally expressed strong sympathies for the persecuted Underground Church in China, he refuses to cancel the China Deal that gives political, non-clerical "bishops" of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) tyrannical jurisdiction over the Church in China. 

Leo’s words of sympathy for the oppressed Chinese Underground indeed seems noble but where is the action? Is he warming up to a decisive move to eventually end the Vatican-China pact or is he just covering complicity?

We should note that Chinese Communists congratulate Leo for his election. On May 9, China congratulated Cardinal Robert Prevost on his election as pope, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a regular press briefing. China expressed hope that the Vatican would continue to have dialogue with China. Leo as a cardinal had travelled several times to China.

Bishop Stephen Chow of Hong Kong who was made “cardinal” by Pope Francis in the consistory of September 30, 2023, praises Leo and says of him: “Pope Leo XIV is the man the cardinals considered good for the Church and for the world. The cardinals have elected a Pope who willingly listens [to China].”

Chow also shares Francis’ approach of having “dialogue” with the Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association (CCPA), a Communist front organization that Pope Pius XII officially condemned in 1958. Chow was previously the vice-president of the CCPA, which is run by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Why hasn’t Leo severed all ties with them?

LGBT Agenda Allowed to Continue

Under Leo XIV, there also has been no action to expel scandalous prelates who promote LGBT living, but Leo rather appoints them to high positions in the Church, e.g., Cardinal McElroy of the Washington DC Archdiocese, Bishop Thomas Hennen of Baker, Oregon. Francis was notorious for “including” LGBT agenda in the Church and Leo is following suit by endorsing Fiducia Supplicans, the December 2023 Vatican document that authorizes priestly blessings of homosexual couples.

What are we to make of this? Homosexual priests are the ones spawning the sexual abuse throughout the Church, so why haven’t these clerical sex-predators been expelled from the Church?

And what are what are we to make of Leo's latest move to share the papal apartment with four other friars in an abrupt break with holy tradition? What kind of whispers shall this generate throughout the Church? Not to mention that he has invited teenagers and young adults to lodge coed at the Vatican as part of the ongoing Jubilee celebrations.

Latin Mass Persecuted Under Leo

While this is allowed the Vatican has expelled a commendable Latin Mass community from a New Zealand diocese for their regular offering of the Traditional Latin Mass. The “Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer” are in perfect union with Rome yet have been cancelled for their fidelity to the Latin Mass. This is in keeping with Pope Francis’ Traditionis Custodus, which restricts and forbids priests from saying the Traditional Latin Mass against the permission of Benedict XVI who universally granted this. Like many other devout orders in the Church, the New Zealand group is now getting the ‘Francis treatment.’ Why hasn’t Leo defended them?

On that note, we might point out that Pope Leo’s brother John Prevost recently told LifeSiteNews that Leo was “very close” to pope Francis when he was alive. In late May, Pope Leo XIV also confirmed the election of heretical Fr. Beat Grögli as bishop St. Gallen in Switzerland. Grögli strongly supports women’s priestly ordination and said that ‘the women's priesthood will come.’ Is Leo in agreement with this?

Interestingly, San Gallen, Switzerland, was where the Russians set up a Communist recruiting center in 1950, after which the late Cardinal McCarrick took up his residency there in 1951. An offshoot of the recruiting center was the San Gallen Mafia that was given special assignment to undermine the Catholic Church. The late prelate and Freemason Cardinal Martini who headed the group was close friends with Cardinal Bergoglio (later Pope Francis), who in turn revered Martini. It was the San Gallen group that was primarily responsible for placing Francis on the Chair of Peter in 2013.
