Garabandal Prophecy Indicates Benedict XVI was the Last Pope before the “End of Times”

On June 3, 1963, upon the death of Pope John XXIII, The Blessed Virgin revealed to Garabandal seer Conchita Gonzales that there were four popes remaining before “the end of times.” We now understand these to be Popes Paul VI, John Paul 1, John Paul II, and Benedict XVI.

By “the end of times,” Our Lady meant the time of the Warning and its turbulent aftermath leading into nuclear World War III and the Second Coming of Christ.

In her communication to Conchita, Our Lady initially said that there remained three popes before the end of times, but she immediately clarified that there were actually four popes remaining but that the reign of one would be so short it would hardly count. We now understand this to be Pope John Paul I whose reign lasted but 33 days.

Now on November 14, 1965, Conchita said:

“The pope will go to Russia, to Moscow. As soon as he returns to the Vatican, hostilities will break out in different parts of Europe.”

According to Intelligence Online, Russia’s ambassador to the Holy See, Ivan Soltanovsky recently invited Pope Francis to meet with Vladimir Putin in Moscow this June to mediate in the Ukraine crisis and the Pope is said to have accepted, but Rome is denying the report. This shouldn't surprise us.

In any event, by saying “the pope will go to Russia” Our Lady obviously meant the one ‘known as the pope’ since she herself said that only four popes remained following the death of John XXIII. According to Garabandal, Benedict XVI was the last pope, which means Francis is not legitimate.

This meshes with an alleged divine revelation received recently by a nun of the Mission of Divine Mercy near San Antonio, Texas. In a message allegedly given to Sr. Amapola between February 22 and 26, God spoke thus to the bishops:

“You have not only let the smoke of Satan infiltrate into My Sanctuary; but you have allowed a whole army of demons to take your places.

“And you have allowed the usurper to sit on the chair of My Peter—he who is carrying out the Great Treason that will leave My Church desolate.”

According to Garabandal, the man presently occupying the Chair of Peter is the usurper since Benedict was the last of the four remaining popes before the Warning. Since the day Francis was placed on the Chair of Peter through a highly illicit election he has done nothing but to usurp the Faith and the Papacy, so usurper is his name.
