Most Holy Father:

People throughout the world are beaming with joy that you were elected the 267th pope of the Roman Catholic Church. People everywhere hold you to be a man of good will with a peaceful demeanor.

However, many Catholics at this time are perplexed and dismayed that you assisted Pope Francis in removing Bishop Joseph Strickland as head of the Tyler Diocese and that you also assisted Francis in appointing the notorious LGBT advocate Cardinal McElroy as the new archbishop of Washington DC.

Scandal Needs to be Corrected

This puts the American Church in grave spiritual danger since homosexuality is what is spawning all the sexual abuse in the Church. It’s not only a scandal to the people but a grievous offense to Almighty God. God does not tolerate “men with men working that which is filthy.” (Romans 1:27) Through the centuries the Church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit always expelled LGBT persons from the ranks since Christ does not allow laity and especially his priests to engage in this heinous “sin crying to Heaven for vengeance.”

Let us not forget how St. Paul ordered the Corinthians to expel the incestuous man from the Church. There was no talk of “inclusion” here, and neither must there be any such talk today. Note too, that incest is not as serious a crime as homosexuality. It’s not one of the four sins crying to Heaven for vengeance.

We ask that you consider restoring Bishop Strickland to his former position of honor in the Church, as he never did anything wrong but did everything right. If he rejected the infamous Synod on Synodality and spoke up against Francis’ manifold errors, this only testifies to his virtue, not to any wrongdoing.

Let us not forget how Paul rebuked Peter. Consider this except from St. Thomas Aquinas:

“There being an imminent danger for the Faith, Prelates must be questioned, even publicly, by their subjects. Thus, St. Paul, who was a subject of St. Peter, questioned him publicly on account of an imminent danger of scandal in a matter of Faith. And, as the Glosa of St. Augustine puts it (Ad Galatas 2,14), ‘St. Peter himself gave the example to those who govern so that if they should stray from the right way, they will not reject a correction as unworthy even if it comes from their subjects’” (Summa Theologiae, Turin/Rome: Marietti, 1948, II-II, q.33, a.4).

Always Defend the Innocent

We realize that Francis probably forced your hand into executing his errant designs for Strickland and McElroy but you don’t need to worry about him anymore. Your duty as pope is to carry forward the legacy of Christ, not the legacy of Francis. God is very displeased with the present state of the Church and is counting on you to right the wrong by speaking out against modernist heresy and standing up against the heretics and wolves that daily devour your sheep. God demands that we always defend the innocent and rebuke the proud, so we ask you exonerate Bishop Strickland and remove Cardinal McElroy from the Washington DC Archdiocese.

And if you can bring yourself so far, you might consider making Bishop Strickland your right-hand man in governing the American Church.
