The LGBT Roots of Clerical Sex Abuse

One of the saddest commentaries of our time is the clerical sexual abuse that is presently plaguing the Church. Though the clergy refuse to admit it, the principal cause of the abuse is the sin of homosexuality that has become more and more prevalent in the Church since Vatican II.
While there were isolated cases of LGBT activity even before the Council these cases were far and few between and were severely punished, whereas LGBTQ “inclusion” is now preached and practiced in many Catholic parishes today, courtesy of Francis and Leo.
It was the Council of Vatican II that initially set in motion Rome’s new-found encounter with the world whereby priests and laity began contracting not only the moral disease of heresy but that of homosexuality that has spawned most of the abuse of our time. After all, the majority of abuse victims are boys and young men, which means homosexuality.
It was Vatican II’s call for cultural diversity (SC 37) and a new Mass that fed this problem insofar that it brought about a historic shift of focus where the emphasis today is no longer on God but on the community of man. With such a shift it was inevitable that moral sickness would ensue.
While LGBTQ abuse of the young was already happening even in the 60s and 70s, it was in 2002 that the problem really hit the fan 1 and has continued to make the news to this day.
What is bewildering is that after all this time the Catholic hierarchy has miserably failed to acknowledge that homosexuality has been the principal cause of the problem. Hypocritically, they feign lamentation over the abuse, even spending $astronomical dollars on color placards to “fight” the abuse problem – placards that are donned with LGBTQ rainbow art – while pumping hordes of LGBTQ clergy and activists into the Church to the detriment of flock. Welcoming and including homosexuals in the Church is what has fueled the abuse.
Popes Francis and Leo are much to blame for the problem since they have gone out of their way to promote LGBTQ living and “inclusion” and have appointed LGBTQ bishops to the highest positions in the Church. Cardinals Cupich and McElroy and newly appointed bishops Ronald Hicks and Ramón Bejarano are just a small handful of pro-LGBT prelates that now hold high positions in Church. Tragically, the young have been the victims of their elders, yet the USCCB notoriously covers up the crimes of these sex predators.
Some might think that this discussion offends God whom the clergy are called to represent, but they need to consider the words of God as delivered to the world by the Mother of God during her apparitions in Bayside Queens, New York (1970-1995). In the message of April 2, 1977, Our Lady exposed the clerical LGBTQ problem long before it ever made the news. Therein, she spoke not only of the spiritual corruption of that time but was looking into the future. We include here a sizable excerpt of the message with no edits.
"We see a church of man being built, a church that has no angels guiding it, a church that is made, as the true Church of My Son is being chipped away at, undermined by My Son's own priests! How dare you debase My Son's heritage by allowing all evil to be condoned in His Church!
"You men who were formerly of the light and have given yourselves to the darkness, you condone this foul act of homosexuality. And why? As satan inspires you and directs you, you go about looking for excuses for sin! You condone it with permissiveness! You have taken the direction and the Commandments of your God and you re-evaluate! You take them to your scholars who have heads of fog, and in your masterly, worldly way, you delude those of less learning to believe, because of your high-sounding words and thesis and all manner of scholarly knowledge, you delude those who do not have the God-given knowledge to believe your rot! You even deny the truth of what the Eternal Father did to Sodom and Gomorrah for the sin of homosexuality.
"You who cry love your neighbor, do not twist the truth and say that Sodom and Gomorrah fell because they were inhospitable! Oh, no! I say unto you: hospitality had nothing at all to do with this. It was a matter of degrading, debased sin, using a creation of the Father for vile acts, animal acts, and far worse until your filth and pollution has entered into the minds and souls of the young!”
Note here the close connection between homosexuality and sexual abuse of the young. We can be sure that the abuse problem in the Church will never end until the pope and clergy act to expel homosexuals and their cause from the Church. If St. Paul expelled the incestuous man from the Church (1 Cor. 5) how much more would he expel homosexuals from the Church? Incest is not as serious a sin as homosexuality since it is not one of the four sins crying to Heaven for vengeance as is homosexuality, so what would the Apostle say about today’s LGBTQ disgrace?
St. Paul in fact spoke of the crime of homosexuality, even referring to LGBTQ people as “men with men working that which is filthy” (Romans 1: 27), so we can only infer that he would condemn today’s Vatican policy of including homosexuals in the Church, especially those in clerical positions.
If the Apostle Paul condemned LGBTQ why doesn’t Peter (Leo) do the same?
1. It was on June 7, 1985, that the National Catholic Reporter first published some statistics about sexual abuse in the Church, but it was in 2002 that the full story surfaced in the news.
