Leo Laments AI Assault on Human Dignity While Endorsing the LGBTQ Assault on Dignity

On May 15, Pope Leo issued his first encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, wherein he warns that humanity must be safeguarded from the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that degrades human dignity. Therein he advocates that AI be ‘justly’ used to honor man’s dignity and says that no machine can replace the God-given magnificence of the human person.

He writes:

“We must lovingly safeguard the grandeur of humanity bestowed upon us and revealed in its fullness in Christ, the splendor of which no machine can ever replace” (MH 15).

That all sounds nice, but how can the grandeur of humanity be safeguarded when the Vatican today is spewing forth all manner of heresy and spiritual defilement that insults the dignity of the human person? Revolution, fake doctrine, idol worship, feminism, homosexuality? If Leo was so concerned about safeguarding the dignity of humanity he would condemn these crimes against humanity.

Sin is What Violates Human Dignity

What violates human dignity is sin since we are made in the image of God 1 and are called to “be perfect” (Mt. 5:48). Leo laments that AI is being used to digitally violate peoples’ privacy or create trouble at work, and while this disrespects human dignity these irritations do not defile man or cause him to sin. These irritations in fact are used by God to bring about our sanctification.

THE ONE BIG SCANDAL now threatening the dignity of man is homosexuality, which Leo has dignified throughout his administration. And interesting to note that on May 5, the Vatican’s Study Group 9 issued a statement dignifying homosexuality. 2 The report from the General Secretariat of the Synod suggests a reframing of homosexuality endorsing the idea that “sin, at its root, does not consist in the (same-sex) couple relationship” but in “a lack of faith in a God who desires our fulfilment.” (LifeSiteNews May 5, 2026)

In other words, same-sex relations are not sinful but lacking faith that God accepts them is. It suggests that God “desires” the lewd “fulfillment” of gay couples.

What is interesting is that the May 5 statement was issued ten days before Leo issued his encyclical, yet the encyclical makes no attempt to defend the Church against this assault on human dignity nor has the pope in person said anything against it. Is the laud for humanity displayed in the encyclical serving to cover the crime of the May 5 statement?

Leo stresses that human dignity must be honored, but how can he honor this when the dignity of his flock is being defiled by homosexuality, which he blesses and promotes? Has Leo ever condemned LGBTQ or the infamous Vatican document Fiducia Supplicans that advocates the priestly blessing of homosexual couples and their cause? No!

“Dignity” is the Word Homosexuals Use to Describe Themselves

In the LGBTQ community the word “dignity” is used to describe the perverse activity of gays “who have burned in their lusts one towards another” thereby “working that which is filthy.” (Romans 1:27) We all know that AI is widely used to perform “transgender” operations that mutilate human genitals and replace them with those of the opposite sex, yet Leo says nothing of this in his encyclical. The word “transgender” doesn’t even show up. Nowhere in his encyclical is there any censure of these criminal surgeries nor is there any mention of homosexuality. This omission insults human dignity.

AI is not only used for “trans” operations but for the spread of radical-left media brainwashing and the worldwide spread of LGBTQ agenda, yet Leo says nothing of this in his encyclical, nor has he cleansed the Vatican of its manifold heresies that are indignifying the souls of men.

Where is his respect for human dignity?
