Francis Issues ‘Norms’ for Blessing Homosexual Couples

In recent years we have seen an established pattern in Rome in that every time the Vatican is about to issue something atrocious, Francis will feign the promotion of good in order to soften up conservatives and facilitate what he’s about to pull off.

On Thursday, December 14, Francis publicly feigned public censure of the rapidly developing technology of artificial intelligence and called for an international treaty  that would bind global leaders to monitor this potential evil for the safety of society and our youth.

Then on December 18, Francis issued a new document allowing clergy to bless any homosexual couple, in contradiction to the unchangeable Catholic teaching that the Church cannot bless sinful relationships. The declaration *Fiducia Supplicans allows “blessings for couples in irregular situations and for couples of the same sex.”

God Will Never Bless Sin

This constitutes an official approval of the sin of homosexuality. To bless “couples of the same sex” is to bless their relationship. Francis is calling for the Church to bless “queer” relationships. Naturally, this blessing of homosexual couples has no blessing to it. The old saying applies: God can bless anything, even dung, but he cannot and will not bless sin. 

Some might argue that accusing the document of promoting homosexuality is a misinterpretation, but calling it a misinterpretation is like saying calling a pile of dung a pile of dung is a misinterpretation. Fernandez is fanatically pro-LGBT and is very close with Fr. James Martin. That alone says it all. Fernandez and Francis strongly support homosexual unions and have repeatedly gone out of their way to bless and approve them, so much so that Francis insists that civil laws be enacted to protect LGBT living.  

Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind, because it is an abomination — Leviticus 18:22

This latest attempt to bless LGBT should come as no surprise seeing that Francis has spent the past ten years blessing sin, i.e., fornication, divorce, sacrilegious reception of Communion, heresy, Communism, Globalism, profanation, idol worship, women empowerment, church wreckovation, U.N. population-control, homosexuality, and more recently "transgenderism" and the authorizing of homosexuals to adopt and baptize children. Don’t be surprised if they come out soon with a "document" blessing abortion since Rome and its leader have been colluding with pro-abortion billionaires for years just to get their "blessing." 

What is farcical beyond belief is that they call these dirty LGBT texts "documents." A document is supposed to address important matters, not the blessing of “men with men working that which is filthy.” (Romans 1:27) The new document is about establishing "norms" for blessing homosexuals, as if team Francis was concerned about rules. These are norms about deviating from norms, showing that these people are not normal but abnormal just like the people they “bless.”

Blessing Sin Under the Guise of Helping Gays

Fernandez erroneously says that blessings are for ‘every’ person in ‘every situation’ and states in the document: “One should not prevent or prohibit the Church’s closeness to people in every situation in which they might seek God’s help through a simple blessing.” He’s saying that granting same-sex couples a priestly blessing while living in sin could likely inspire them to ask for help and grace for their ‘growth in perfection,’ which they otherwise would not do.

This is false. God’s blessing and mercy are only upon those who fear Him and keep His commandments. “His mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear him.” (Luke 1:50) The fact is that no blessing can be imparted to LGBT cohabitants no matter how hard or often the priest tries to bless them.

Christ’s Blessing is Only Upon the Contrite and God Fearing

The only recourse for obtaining grace and forgiveness is for the homosexual be truly be sorry for his sin and go to confession with the resolution to never again engage in wicked acts. This and this alone will allow and draw upon himself the blessing of God through the priest. “A sacrifice to God is an afflicted spirit: a contrite and humbled heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” (Psalm 50:19)

Hence the duty of any priest who encounters homosexuals is to admonish them that if they do not repent of their shame and go to confession they will be eternally banished to the fires of hell. There is no other recourse for receiving grace. Counseling them thus is the one blessing they need, which if refused they are not capable or permitted to receive any other kind of blessing.

True Pastoral Care

Under the leadership of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger in 1986, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) issued a document instructing bishops on the pastoral care of homosexual persons. The document stated that “homosexual activity is immoral” and said that authentic pastoral care is to “assist homosexual persons at all levels of the spiritual life: through the sacraments, and in particular through the frequent and sincere use of the sacrament of Reconciliation, through prayer, witness, counsel and individual care.” 

The document goes on to say:

“Departure from the Church’s teaching, or silence about it, in an effort to provide pastoral care is neither caring nor pastoral” adding that it is “not licit to impart a blessing on relationships, or partnerships, even stable, that involve sexual activity outside of marriage (i.e., outside the indissoluble union of a man and a woman open in itself to the transmission of life), as is the case of the unions between persons of the same sex.”

“God made you this way” — Francis to a homosexual

Obviously, Fernandez and Francis have no hopes of LGBT couples seeking help, grace, and liberation from LGBT since they approve this lifestyle and have made it clear that they should be allowed to live this way. So much is this the case that Francis last year insisted that laws be enacted to protect homosexual living, which shows the highest endorsement of homosexuality. He said that bishops who support laws against homosexuality stand in need of “conversion.” He’s saying they need their head examined.

To mention the virtue of perfection in an LGBT document is nauseous insanity, nor does the document explain what is meant by perfection. Perfection in humility, in obedience, in purity? Certainly not. The authors mean perfection in homosexual living, i.e., to be good queers that do not defraud one another of their “needs.” This is what Rome today means by “fraternal.” This is what Francis is blessing.

Sophisticated Rot

Rome’s new document is nothing more than weaponized ambiguity to corrupt the flock. It is an emphatic attempt to bless the sin of homosexuality, but in such a way that the authors complicate it with sophisticated language and try to make a science out of it. The Mother of God herself addressed this very point in a message delivered to the late seer Veronica of Bayside on April 2, 1977.

"You men who were formerly of the light and have given yourselves to the darkness, you condone this foul act of homosexuality… You have taken the direction and the Commandments of your God and you re-evaluate! You take them to your scholars who have heads of fog, and in your masterly, worldly way, you delude those of less learning to believe, because of your high-sounding words and theses and all manner of scholarly knowledge, you delude those who do not have the God-given knowledge to believe your rot! You even deny the truth of what the Eternal Father did to Sodom and Gomorrha for the sin of homosexuality.” (As given to Veronica of the Cross)

Needless to say, Francis with his new document is accomplishing the very opposite of what he is claiming to do. The document is designed to rob LGBT people of grace and forgiveness and to sustain their shameful vice unto eternal condemnation. He and Fernandez can be compared to two men watching a man sink in the quicksand as he screams and cries out for help, and instead of coming to his aid they let him sink to death, and tell him, “We bless you, God loves you, peace and mercy be to you.”

*Note that for decades the Vatican has done everything in its power to eliminate the use of Latin in the Church, yet they now publish their polluted documents in Latin to give them an air of holiness and legitimacy. People aren't supposed to cuss in Latin.
