Clerical Silence has Enabled the Great Apostasy

Since Vatican II, clerical silence in the face of wrongdoing has given Satan the green light to reduce the Church to utter shambles. A pitiful situation exists today where those in ecclesiastical authority refuse to take action in the face of the most absurd evils that are plaguing the Catholic Church. This silence of the clergy is deplorable because it allows the flames of heresy to gut the Church to the detriment of the flock. This is what our modern clergy call “mercy” but God calls it selling your soul for self-gain.
As members of the Church Militant we must always speak out to correct a situation that is offensive to God and destructive to souls, otherwise these souls could likely be scandalized and lose their place in the Kingdom. Pastoral care will always seek to defend the innocent and draw them away from modernist wolves lest they take the wolves seriously and lose their souls.
Christ the Good Shepherd repeatedly showed us this by his own example. Personally, he could care less about the Pharisees' detraction of him (as we should neither care less about the detraction of today’s clerical Pharisees), but over his dead body was he going to remain silent in the face of wrongdoing lest his children be lured by the Pharisees to dignify their evil. Hence Jesus repeatedly refuted and put to shame the scribes and Pharisees before the people so that they would be encouraged to follow him and not these wicked imposters. He was truly being pastoral. The representatives of Christ [priests and bishops] should reflect this same pastoral care and not cater so easily to fear.
When bishops, cardinals, and priests passively stand back in the name of mercy and allow seducers to tear away at their flock, this crucifies anew the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and draws God’s justice down upon them. These are hirelings, not pastors, who abandon their flock to the wolves. This in turn fuels the flame of apostasy.
The Great Apostasy Has Arrived
Yes, the great apostasy has arrived as predicted in Holy Scripture: "There shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but... will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears." (2 Timothy 4:3) However, a good pope has also now arrived to hopefully reverse the many evils that are making a laughingstock of the Church—like the evils of blessing LGBT unions and transgenderism, the evils of modernism, ecumenism, and Communion in the hand, and the evils of appointing homosexual predators to key and influential positions in the Church. LGBT is what is spawning all the abuse in the Church yet no one in authority wants to admit it because they are too afraid of homosexuals. The sin of human respect has the hierarchy bound in fetters today, so hopefully, Pope Leo XIV will have the courage and good will to condemn homosexually and directly tie it to today’s clerical sex-abuse. This would be truly pastoral as would also be a move to expel all pro-women priest advocates from the Church.
The principal reason that too few Catholics realize that the Church today is in a state of apostasy is because too few in the hierarchy have had the courage to say this from the pulpit, but the great apostasy nonetheless has arrived. In 1917, the Blessed Virgin at Fatima already warned of the ecclesial debacle that would one day plague the Church and she begged for reparation for the many offenses that would be committed in the name of her Son. With enough prayers from the faithful, there is always the chance that Pope Leo XIV will make due reparation to Our Lady by speaking out against these offenses.
Providential Timing of May 8
It is interesting to note that Cardinal Prevost was made pope on May 8, the Feast of the apparition of St. Michael on Mt. Gargano, Italy, which seems to signify that he will spearhead the cause of St. Michael to expel Satan from the Church. This was the cause of Pope Leo XIII, the composer of the famous St. Michael prayer, after whom Leo XIV named himself. Pope Leo XIII mystically foresaw the satanic attack on the hierarchy that we have witnessed in our time.
May 8 is also the Feast of Our Lady Mediatrix of all Graces. Francis publicly rejected Mary’s role as Mediatrix of all Grace, but hopefully Leo XIV will correct this error. Maybe he will even define this truth dogmatically! This would greatly encourage the Church and even those outside the Church. It would be a great pastoral move for the world.
