Francis’ “Consecration” Emphasizes Fraternal Unity, Not the Consecration of Russia

The text of Pope Francis’ March 25 Consecration of Russia-Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary has been released. The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis has released a pdf of the text and Catholic News Agency (CNA) has also reported on it. The full text can be read here.
The key part of the Consecration text reads:
“Therefore, Mother of God and our Mother, to your Immaculate Heart we solemnly entrust and consecrate ourselves, the Church and all humanity, especially Russia and Ukraine.”
Hence Pope Francis’ consecration is really about consecrating the world to Mary. Russia is only included as an addendum. At the very least it takes away from the Consecration if it in fact it doesn’t invalidate it altogether. How could it be valid? There is no mention of Our Lady of Fatima who asked that the Consecration be done nor does it emphasize the consecration and conversion of Russia as a criterion for world peace. Russia is only mentioned twice.
Our Lady asked for the Consecration of Russia, not the World
The Blessed Virgin at Fatima was most specific in her directive for the Consecration of Russia. During the Fatima apparition of July 13, 1917, Our Lady told the seer Sr. Lucia dos Santos:
“I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of reparation on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she [Russia] will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred; the Holy Father will have much to suffer; various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, and she [Russia] shall be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world.”
On June 13, 1929, while Sr. Lucy was at prayer in the convent chapel at Tuy, Spain, Our Lady again appeared to her and repeated this request for the Consecration of Russia.
“The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, and to order that in union with him and at the same time, all the bishops of the world make the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to convert it because of this day of prayer and worldwide reparation.”
The Consecration is Supposed to Convert Russia
Clearly, the Consecration was to focus exclusively on consecrating Russia. It was not about consecrating the world or making us globally "one." The Consecration is supposed to convert Russia that it might become a Catholic country under Rome that no longer poses a threat to the nations and to its own people. It’s about delivering Russia from Communism, something that has yet to be done.
1917 No Accident
Note too that Our Lady’s apparition at Fatima occurred in 1917, the year of the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, which is most significant. Here we saw Our Lady neck to neck with the red dragon in an urgent attempt to defeat Communism that was already threatening humanity. The Fatima apparition was all about consecrating and converting Russia, something that has never happened.
In at least eight attempts over the last 100 years, popes have failed to do the Consecration as the Blessed Virgin explicitly requested, which is why the promised conversion of Russia and world peace have not been granted to the world. Failure to consecrate Russia is what has brought the world to the threshold of annihilation as Russia now cranks up plans for World War III.
John Paul II’s Consecration Failed
In 1983, Pope John Paul II consecrated the world to Mary while merely including Russia under his breath, and consequently Russia has continued to spread its pestilent errors throughout the Church to the end that the ugly hand of Communism has now reached in to desecrate the Body of Christ with all manner of profanation, e.g. Communion in the hand, Marxist Liberation Theology, LGBT “Masses,” Pachamama worship, etc. Not to mention that Russia has now grown into a tyrannical beast that is threatening humanity. The invasion of Ukraine is the political springboard that Russia is using to set in motion a Third World War.
Tool to Advance One-World Unity
Hence Russia needs to be exorcised as it were, i.e. she needs to be consecrated to the Virgin Mary. The pope and bishops must publicly ‘lay hands’ on the red beast and cast out the demon of Communism, which will never happen if the Prayer of Consecration is diluted and reduced to a political tool to advance one-world unity and ecology. (see text here) It goes on and on about the “fraternity” of the “Human family” and how we should give up the “selfish needs and concerns” of “our own nations” (nationalism) and be “stewards of our common home,” (environmentalists) as if Francis was eliciting God's blessing for globalism. The prayer says “To you we consecrate the future of the whole human family” yet shows no intention of consecrating ONLY Russia in order to bring this about.
Fake Lamentation of War
The Prayer of Consecration purports to lament the evils of war yet it fails to confess that wars are a punishment for man’s sins, especially his sins against the Faith, i.e. his profanation of the Church, ecumenism, modernism, feminism, LGBT tolerance, lay empowerment, Communion in the hand, guitar Mass, etc. The Third World War will be a divine punishment for advocating globalism and allowing U.N. abortion advocates to hold key positions in the Vatican – advocates that were appointed by Francis.
Consecration is a Divine Command to be Obeyed
Hence Pope Francis’ “consecration” falls far short of what Our Lady at Fatima asked for. The directive for the Consecration of Russia was a divine command that must be carried out exactly as prescribed by Our Lady of Fatima otherwise it will be ineffective in holding back the onslaught of Communist tyranny that is fast approaching humanity.
Humanity Robbed
We can only hope that Francis will scrap his present formula for the upcoming “consecration” and place the entire focus on consecrating only Russia, because using the event to consecrate humanity will only rob humanity of the peace they long for.
