Democrats Attempting to Undermine Deportation Process Via Search Warrants

Democrats are floating the idea of requiring Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents (ICE) to have a search warrant before they can question or arrest anyone on the street who appears to be illegal or hostile toward police. Is this lunar or what? Do they need a special permit to use the restroom too? The socialist deep state is doing everything it can to intimidate our police and military.
An article from Raw Story (RS) states that Trump was asked by a reporter, “Are you open to negotiating on warrants when it comes to ICE? This is an ask from Schumer.” The President showed no interest and said he would leave it up to Lindsey Graham to answer the question.
Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, said he is not interested in negotiating on the issue of ICE agents having warrants. “If we have to get a search warrant to get 15 million people out, Schumer’s telling me he doesn’t want them out,” he said.
This in fact is the reason Democrats are demanding that ICE officials have warrants because their intention is to thwart the good efforts to keep crime and violence off our streets.
Apparent Infiltration
However, ICE must make sure they vet their members. One problem with ICE is that some of its members are actually anti-Trump agents (infiltrators) using extremist methods to give the agency and the president a bad name. We saw this at the January 6 riot when fake Trump supporters wearing Trump hats deliberately started the riot to blame the president and give him a bad name. It was a frame job. These tactics are used to try to give Americans a 'complex' about law and order, so Americans should beware of this. However, this will hardly be possible if they take the media seriously.
Illegal Entry Is Not Immigration
A huge problem in the news is that Trump’s deportation policy is always referred to as an "immigration" issue when in fact it has nothing to do with immigration. Breaking and entry though our border is not a form of immigration but is a criminal offense, yet the mainline media calls it immigration to make it look like President Trump is anti-migrant. They're forgetting that his own wife is an immigrant and that he has repeatedly said that he heartfully welcomes immigrants, but only on the grounds that rules and regulations be followed.
This is what the illegals don't like - law and order. We can understand why the Democrats get along so well with them and why the issue of search warrants “has become a huge focal point of Democrats.”
The bottom line: anyone who resists, threatens, or assaults an ICE agent should be arrested on the grounds that this is a federal offense. If an assailant is in the U.S. illegally and he dares to resist a federal official, why should he not be deported?
